Noosa is gearing up for the annual Noosa Food & Wine Festival over the weekend of 20-22nd May 2016.
Our incredible array of local restaurants, chefs, local produce & general coastal foodie vibe will be on show and highlighted across Australia. It's certainly no surprise to us, but the golden bounty of produce, growers and chefs we have here in the Noosa-Sunshine Coast regions is world class.
Many of the fabulous events are sold out but there are still some tickets for sale so it's not too late.
Even if you don't get to attend any official events, the atmosphere in the streets is electric, and you can't help but be swept into a foodie frenzy.
Try heading to the Noosa Farmer's Market on the Sunday (beat the crowds and get there at 6am if you can bear it!) for cooking demonstrations, or head over to Rococo's on Hastings St for their La Esquina Española (the Spanish Quarter) where a Spanish village fiesta will be created for all to enjoy.
We still have some fantastic accommodation options available for the weekend, for couples, families and groups, where you can be close to the fun but secluded from the chaos on the untouched shores of Lake Weyba.
